ZAP HUB is an administrative assistance service. We are not the PPRA. We are at the mercy of the PPRA and their system is often down. We can only give the best customer service we can. A new FFC typically takes 48 hours to 5 days, and can sometimes take longer. We will keep you updated every step of the way. Your patience is appreciated. Please contact our staff at any time.
ZAP HUB provides administrative assistance only. The PPRA determines eligibility, applicable requirements, fees, processing, and whether an FFC or Registration Certificate is issued. ZAP HUB cannot guarantee approval or processing times and is not the PPRA or endorsed by the PPRA. PPRA fees are separate from ZAP HUB assistance fees. Always check the current official PPRA Schedule of Fees before paying.
