Priscilla Patrick – Estate Agent at Charles Edwards Properties in Cape Town

I’m a woman shaped by experience, softened by kindness, and strengthened by grace. With over 35 years in sales—from clothing to fine diamonds—I’ve learned that real success is built not only on knowledge and skill, but on the quiet strength of integrity, transparency, and genuine care for others. Life’s journey has taught me to lead with compassion, to stay thankful through every season, and to show up for people with honesty and heart. These values are not just personal—they are the foundation of my professional life as well. That’s why finding Charles Edwards Properties felt like coming home. From the very first moment, I knew their mission aligned with my own. Their simple, powerful anthem—“Look after the people”—spoke directly to my heart. The morals of the company are in the right place, and I knew I was stepping into something more than a job—I was stepping into purpose. Thus far I am a valid FFC Certificate Holder ,Completed my Logbook ,Achieved my NQF4 certificate. I’m not just here to sell. I’m here to serve, to support, and to walk alongside people with sincerity and trust. For me, it’s about building real relationships and being a steady, honest guide in meaningful moments of transition. I’m also deeply grateful to be the mother of two beautiful daughters and the proud grandmother of four precious grandchildren. They are the light of my life and a daily reminder of what truly matters. Guided by grace. Driven by purpose. Here to look after the people.
